The Support Agreement Representative is responsible for managing maintenance contracts and assisting with ReliaCloud, Colo and Managed Services quoting/ordering (Monthly Renewing Revenue). Maintenance of contracts includes day-to-day maintenance, new registration, and preparing renewal quotes for existing and new prospects. MRR quoting helps facilitate the creation of the Statement of Work and any additional Service Exhibits or documents needed to complete the opportunity.
Manage Renewal Database: Prepare renewals on a 90 day basis. Upload renewals into ConnectWise (renewal management tool). Work directly with customers on renewals (Conference call, WebEx Meeting, E-mail)
Assist Sales in creation of Statement of Work, retrieving correct services exhibits and other required documents needed for each unique Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) opportunity. Working with the Solutions Architect and Sales Rep to complete.
Preparing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) opportunity for ordering. Getting correct counter signatures based on signing authority matrix. Uploading documents to ConnectWise, preparing purchase order for order entry and using ordering system to place order.
Vendor Applications: Cisco, 3rd Party Vendors, Distribution Website (Ingram Micro, Tech Data), Internal Applications (QuoteWerks, ConnectWise).
Registration Support: New Hardware Registration, Software Registration Support, License Certificate Management
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree (or higher) OR 2
years professional work experience
Other Qualifications
Sales driven/orientated
Experience working on many applications/systems
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Clearly communicate with clients by phone and e-mail
Strong goal-oriented attitude
