Lifetouch National School Studios captures the portraits of millions of preschool, elementary, and junior and senior high school students each year. In addition to capturing "Picture Day" memories, Lifetouch National School Studios provides senior portraits, athlete and sports portraits, and portraits of other school organizations and special events. We are currently seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Preschool Sales team!
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for B2B selling of Lifetouch Preschool Photography services to Preschools and Daycare Centers across the United States. Individuals in this role will reach business goals through telephone sales and will generate interest by using excellent communication skills to explain process, products, and benefits to potential customers. Integrity, persistence, flexibility and vision are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Use dialing software to make cold calls to preschool centers and daycares.
Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process and pipeline.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Supervisor to determine necessary strategic approach.
Collaborate and communicate with Customer Service Specialists to optimize schedule and profitability.
Make outbound follow-up calls to communicate utilizing email and product demonstrations.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, commissions, and discuss execution and collection process, prepare sales agreements.
Once closed, finalize pipeline in company account management system.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Appropriately communicate brand identity, value, and corporate commitment to excellence
Additional tasks as assigned.
## Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma, or GED required. College degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two year's sales experience, preferably in a telephone sales environment.
Demonstrated experience achieving success through meeting daily sales goals.
Ability to be pleasantly persistent and persuade and convince in a professional manner.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer competency in Excel, Google, and other systems.
Ability to multi task and work between multiple systems.
Ability to work closely and affectively with a team in order to attain individual as well as team goals.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
