Currently we are looking for a business analyst to join our Credit Decision Management team, to be part of a team delivering quality solutions to our Credit functions and customers. This positions focus will be on business requirements gathering, process analysis and providing functional subject matter expertise on solutions deployed to solve Credit business problems and to support credit innovation. Candidate will have opportunity to be involved with all phases of the software development life cycle on small, medium and large scale projects. This position will support Credit processes throughout the credit lifecycle and will interface cross-departmentally with IT, Marketing, Collections, e-Commerce, Customer Service Finance.
What you'll do:
Evaluate and analyze current workflow processes to determine feasibility of re-engineering and/or automation, along with evaluating business needs against current system capabilities
Accurately and efficiently author business requirements to high level systems specifications
Understand current systems and business processes to become the subject matter expert for assigned areas
Assist with user training/documentation/post-implementation turnover to business and support personnel
Participate in testing/validation to ensure that all business needs are met as expected
Maintain consistent communication and teamwork with internal and external business partners and customers
Accountable for meeting delivery dates on assigned projects and tasks
Work with end-users and IT teams on data and reporting needs
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 - 4 years as a business analyst
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem identification and solving skills
Ability to effectively contribute on multiple projects and priorities while typically working under tight deadlines
Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases and effectively handling break/fix cycle of identified defects, issues, and process implications
Experience with Credit Origination, Accounts Receivables, and/or Decision Management Adaptive Control platform(s) and/or business managed Rules Engines
Ability to quickly learn new software applications
Experience with SQL and SAS reporting tools
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Self driven and results oriented professional

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
