Application Development Managers (Eden Prairie). Provide technical expertise to teams and projects developing Enterprise Solutions, BPM based applications, and business process management tools. Implement technical BPM requirements for BPM solutions for individual projects. Establish a comprehensive solution development methodology. Drive the BPM integration Development methodology, guidelines, and best practices. Domestic travel up to once per month. Requires BS in Computer Science or a related field (will accept 3 or 4 year degree) plus 5 years experience defining standards for BPM. Experience must include: IBM BPM product version 7.5 or greater; Lombardi BPM Tool, and; defining roadmaps and architecture for new applications. Hiring requirement: drug screen / background check.
