Position Summary
Responsible and accountable for providing objective analyses required in planning, developing, implementing, and ongoing improvement of the overall health of SABIS US school and academic operations.
Seeks and analyzes data, information, processes, and procedures, helping to provide accurate and timely analysis for the purpose of efficiency and growth within school and academic operations.
Works closely with the SABIS VP of Operations as well as School Directors, SABIS Academic Operations Department (AOD), SABIS US Operations (HR, IT, Legal, etc.), subject matter experts and others to analyze data, processes, devise and document specifications, to help hold schools accountable for the academic success of their students.
Provides first contact to the SABIS VP of Operations on data analysis and interpretation.
Ensures that SABIS systems, policies and procedures are properly implemented and adhered to in all publications, reports, and analyses.
This position is a calendar year exempt position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent education and experience
Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, with an appreciation for the chain of command, so as to convey meaningful, timely, and actionable information
Leadership and team management skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational and self-management skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Goal orientation; planning and execution skills
Problem solving abilities
Dependability; readiness to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals
