Engineering Project Manager Needed!
You will work with a global manufacturer in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will author engineering project plans and manage team execution of tasks in order to achieve project goals.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Identify and establish cross-functional resources for assigned projects throughout each phase.
  • By direct action or delegation, document requirements, constraints, and assumptions.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs throughout the life of the project and negotiate required trade-offs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risk. Track development progress and work with experts to resolve issues, drive corrective actions, and ensure products meet quality objectives.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites to prepare for build and launch.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including NPD process deliverables.
  • Facilitate and lead team meetings and events. Drive results through influence, collaboration, and clear identification of responsibilities.
  • Provide timely communication to relevant cross-functional stakeholders and senior management including project review updates and gate review presentations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

What Do You Need To Be Successful?
  • 7-10 years experience working with engineering projects.
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering or other technical programs.
  • Flexibility - global hours, evening meetings.
  • Have excellent cross-functional communication, including management.
  • Be organized and manage through ambiguity!

This is a full time, estimated 6-month contingent opportunity in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
Pay Rate:
Between $45.00 and $75.00 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
