Member enrollment, eligibility, case installation, provider, and claims processing; Design/modify programs for web services, online, data analysis and batch functions; Collaborate with scrum team members including Product Owners to deliver the solutions to meet the business objectives; Analyze customer requirements; Design innovative solutions to meet business needs; and Develop online, batch and web service API applications on platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:
Employer will accept a Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sicence, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related computer occupation.

Healthcare industry; OpenVMS Platform using COBOL, Oracle RDB, ACMS, DEC FORMS, TDMS and DCL scripts; OpenVMS CA Job scheduler and Unix TWS scheduler development; VB.
NET, C programming and Java Web Service API development on OpenVMS and Linux; ETL development using IBM DataStage and data analysis using advanced SQL and Python; SOX and ICFR IT audits; and Agile development methodology.
RATE OF PAY:
