UMR is seeking a UMR Program and Strategy Director to direct program management and strategic initiatives for UMR.
This position will develop program plans and drive UMR business initiatives related to a wide variety of activities which may include risk management, quality initiatives, complex customer arrangements, acquisitions, and other critical business imperatives.
This leader will work in a matrixed environment with multiple layers of management and across multiple functions within UMR and the broader United organization.

Qualifications:

years of experience working in the self-funded medical administration market spaceProfessional experience indicating knowledge of the self-funded medical administration business and related market space Work experiences as an accomplished leader which demonstrate presence and necessary skills to build and cultivate cross-functional, cross-enterprise relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to influence them to gain support, buy-in, accountability and to enable actionExpert in presenting information clearly and with impactEvidence of professional interpersonal agility by recognizing and adjusting interaction style according to people differences; is adaptive in the face of change and respects differences and utilizes diversityEvidence of systems-thinking leadership with a focus on understanding how UMR and enterprise-wide organizational systems operate interdependently with consideration of upstream and downstream impactsProven to be keen in organizational and planning skills and in ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrentlyProven successful track record with planning and alignment of goals, timelines and accountabilitiesProven adept in management of process to ensure goals and timelines are achievedDemonstrates knowledge of technology trends and concepts including understanding the impact of artificial intelligenceDemonstrates command of active listening skills including a willingness to hear diverse viewpointsProven ability to operate effectively during times of uncertainty and in an environment with incomplete or questionable dataAbility to travel up to 25% Preferred
Qualifications:
Work experience within a Medical Third-Party Administrator (TPA)Experience with SharePoint, MS project and Agile methodologiesProficient in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to define and create business, technical and financial performance metrics and accountabilities that span multiple domains and business teamsTotal Compensation.

The salary range for this role is $122,100 to $234,700 annually.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
