Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service.
Support various departments.
Assist with appointment setting.
Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and chat.
Work with the Claims Department to obtain claim information for customers.
Update contract worksheets.
Assist with the mortgage check process for customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3
years of administrative experience.
Insurance claim experience is a plus.
Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
Outstanding customer service experience over the phone.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail with meticulous accuracy in identifying errors.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
Strong MS Excel and ad hoc reporting experience.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Willing to undergo a background check.
