Cassia is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that allows employees to learn and grow. Cassia provides housing and healthcare to aging adults in over 50 senior living communities.As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be instrumental with writing compelling job postings and engaging recruitment content. You will also use keywords to source for candidates in various databases who would qualify to work in positions including caregiver, nurse, dietary aide, social worker, and maintenance technician. This position is located at our home office in Edina, MN. After a successful training period, there is an option to work hybrid.Recruiting Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Lead the department with writing creative job postings on various platforms. Create content for email campaigns. Create advertisements social media. Research new ways to elevate and engage job seekers through creative written content. Use a variety of databases to source candidates for open positions. Create flyers used to promote job fairs, openings, and to raise awareness. Provide internal communication support. Recruiting Coordinator
Qualifications:
1
year experience as a Recruiter, Recruiting Assistant or Recruiting Coordinator is required. Exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills are required. Previous professional writing experience a plus especially for job postings or social media. Time management skills:
ability to effectively organize and prioritize work. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills including Outlook, MSOffice Suite, and customized software. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning and improvement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
