09 an hour An ADR and mediation law firm in Eden Prairie, MN is looking to hire a part-time legal assistant (24 hours per week).
Job duties include:
Talking to clients, Scheduling appointments, meetings, and mediations Drafting documents, Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals Maintain and organize legal files and documents Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Perform data entry tasks to update case information in the system Skills:
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Knowledge of law and legal procedures Proficient in administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents The job will be primarily in-person with occasional remote option.
An ideal candidate will have at least one or two years of experience working as a legal or case assistant in a law firm or a mediation practice.
The candidate must be a people person, organized, and must have good communication skills.
