Provides daily graphic and web design support
Works with stakeholders to analyze and understand project content and timelines
Assists in the development, implementation, and quality control of graphic and multimedia materials to ensure brand standard consistency
Regularly contributes new ideas to keep the Creative Studio offerings fresh and progressive
Maintains graphic asset libraryAssures all assets are archived for future needs and reference
Reviews and make recommendations for technology upgrades to ensure compatibility with existing and future requirements
Makes suggestions for process improvements
Travel to facilities and other projected related locations as necessary
Maintains confidentiality of company related information
Other duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:
Associate's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent degree from an accredited college with five years' experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate to advanced skills in the following:
Adobe Creative Suite program, including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop
WordPress and CSS applications.
Microsoft Office programs
Thorough knowledge of print production processes, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
Knowledge of WorkFront project management software beneficial.
Strong skills in client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluation of client satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent composition, grammar and proofreading skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Possess a valid driver's license as travel to various job sites may be required.
