Summary:
The Online Sales Associate plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service by monitoring and placing custom orders with golf manufacturers.
You will build strong relationships with 2nd Swing Club Fitters and other teams to contribute to a positive online experience.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Execute online sales and service custom order core processes Achieve golfer satisfaction through all touch points Contribute to overall job satisfaction Problem solve issues with orders Monitors custom orders and communicates lead times on inventory Assists with team member order inquiries Reviews new in stock club orders Communicate via phone and email with response times of 24 hours Maintain website updates with order availability Place Team Member Orders Tracks sales for new customer orders product launches Update low stock items Support other store functions as needed Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Familiarity with:
GSuite, Netsuite, 2ndswing.
com, UKG, Counterpoint, OEM portals Excellent communication skills, problem solving and attention to detail Willingness to learn about golf equipment Personable, energetic, and professional with a passion for the game of golf Education &
Experience:
College degree preferred Preferred to have an intermediate level understanding of golf equipment Physical Requirements:
Ability to work 40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and bending.
Job Type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
