Boulay's Private Client Services (PCS) team provides centralized and integrated private family office, tax, estate and wealth advice that accommodates our client's lifestyle and simplifies the complexities of wealth The individual in this role has the flexibility to work fully remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

Responsibilities:
Oversee PCS client relationships in partnership with Firm Leadership Oversee PCS workflow for effective department-wide and individual engagement management Assess and identify tax compliance and consulting needs of the client Review complex tax returns:
individual (1040), estate (1041) and some partnership (1065) tax returns Review complex tax computations, workpapers, and tax entries Proactively identify new and additional service opportunities and offer recommendations Oversee the delegation of tasks to appropriate members of the PCS team Responsible for signing tax returns Manage year-end planning and quarterly tax estimates Oversee processes addressing IRS or State Taxing Authority notices Delegate and oversee the initial preparation and set-up of client files Research tax laws and offer guidance on complex tax technical issues Oversee client communications Collaborate cross-departmentally to gather information and resolve client matters Prepare billing invoices Possess awareness of profitability of client returns and manage internal processes accordingly Participate in business development efforts for PCS service line Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree 6
years of progressively challenging Public Accounting experience CPA Licensure Proficiency with accounting software programs (CaseWare, BNA Fixed Assets, Maconomy, CRM, People Planner, T-Value, and Quickbooks a plus) Solid track record of career achievements and work quality Demonstrate progression in leadership abilities Individual tax return preparation and review experience (Business returns a plus) Strong computer skills and proficiency in various accounting and other software, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong knowledge of Internal Revenue Code, tax law, and tax processes Ability to creatively solve problems and analyze client data Benefits Training and development programs Growth and development opportunities Open doors at all levels Collaborative working environment Firm and Department social activities Extensive benefit offerings Generous paid time off Community service opportunities Recommended Skills Billing Business Development Communication Customer Service Leadership Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
