This position will advise our company on ways we might improve our project management processes by applying best practices based on experience, research, and partnership with leaders and peers across the company.
This position is critical to the company by ensuring critical projects are adequately defined and delivered within the defined scope areas.
Additionally, this position will assist in mentoring and growing future Project Managers.

Capable of identifying scope creep and ways to prevent, minimize and escalate to stakeholders with potential options to address.

Required
Qualifications:
5
years of project manager experience supporting an enterprise environment.
Strong experience with MS Project or similar project management solution Expertise in delivering solutions based on PMP / PMI best practices, methodologies, and governance.
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Proven success working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Experience with Waterfall, Iterative Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies Experience in third party (RFI/RFP), custom development, and hybrid of both Proficiency using Office 365 applications, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint or equivalent Preferred Qualification (if Applicable):
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Procurement / Inventory, Warehouse / Distribution, Logistics / Transportation processes are a plus.
Experience in managing construction and other non-technology related projects are a plus Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related area from four-year accredited college preferred.
Experience using 6Sigma or similar tools to derive root cause and solution needs is a plus Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work in an office/desk position using a computer and telephone.
Repetitive use of hands and fingers.
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time.
Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time, handle deadlines, confidential information, and interruptions in the work process.
Must be able to work well with various levels of employees and diverse cultures.
Occasional evenings and weekend work to meet deadlines.
The employee must occasionally lift and move objects up to 15 pounds.
This position will be in a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) working environment with the corporate office being based in Eden Prairie, MN and may require up to 25% travel to other facilities within the United States.
Some overnight travel may be expected.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
