We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager Assistant.
Collision experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to keep repairs on track - Monitor incoming jobs and assist in receiving parts - Assist Customer Service Manager (CSM) in documenting and sending customer updates - Assist Repair Plan Manager with insurance paperwork, documentation, and approvals - Production audits Ideal candidate will be - Process driven - Detailed - A good communicator and multi-tasker - Motivated - A team player - Eager to learn - Familiar with CCC One Benefits include (once eligible):
