This position provides tier 2 level support for internal employees using company provided computers and services.
Maintains printers and multifunction devices across all AVI locations.
Provides new employee onboarding for initial access to AVI technology.
What you bring to assure your success:
College graduate with a degree in IT/Computer Systems or comparable experience preferred.
Knowledge in Microsoft system administration - Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager experience preferred Experience with remote access tools Understanding of basic LAN/WAN and network concepts Advanced knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software Experience supporting end users at remote locations Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA and related certs are a plus Why Should You Apply?
