is seeking a Global Field Service Engineer to work with our Bio-Medical Devices Client.
Our client is a well-known Biomedical device company with a global presence.
This position will be responsible for providing timely onsite support to customers and post-sales implementation of our client's Bio-Medical Devices firm and services worldwide.
To support clients' reputation for quality customer service, this position is expected to meet customer expectations by delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
Our client's company is an ISO 13485 company that provides hydrophilic coating applications for medical devices manufactured worldwide.
The facility is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and provides process development and application services for those customers wishing to outsource the coating of their devices or to refine the coating process prior to purchasing coating equipment from our client.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

years of related field service experienceoInsurable driving record, current driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sitesoValid Passport or the ability to obtain oneoAbility to travel globally including rent cars, obtaining visas, and get required vaccinationsoKnowledge and experience working with ISO 13485 or ISO 9000 environmentoComputer literacy, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointoExperience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipmentoProven customer service skills, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentoSelf-starter and independent worker with excellent verbal and written communicationRequirements
Responsibilities:
oInstall and replace equipment, parts, and componentsoPerform training at the customer site on our Client's equipment in groups of up to 10 peopleoWork in ISO-qualified clean room environmentsoBe knowledgeable and follow all ISO 13485 standardsoRead and understand all schematics and drawings to effectively detect and resolve issues of electrical and mechanical components of coating equipmentoReport the status of all required field services to the client's Medical Systems and the customer with good documentationoProvide strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Unit ManageroBe on call to support customersoPerform other duties as required Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk on level surfaces for a prolonged period of time.
The employee is frequently required to talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms above shoulder height and below the waist.
The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Using proper lifting techniques, the employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
The employee may work on ladders up to 6 feet above the floor.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include corrected 20/20 vision, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
This position may be exposed to areas that require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
