LaMettry's is family owned and operated with 10 Twin Cities locations including multiple Mechanical repair facilities and dedicated ADAS (Advanced Driver Assist System) calibration centers.

Manage technicians to get scheduled auto repair work completed.
Sell service work, write repair orders for service work.
Manage customer experience and expectations to achieve positive results.
Coordinate mechanical, safety system and ADAS calibration repairs with our collision shops.
Ensure company standards are being met.
Order, receive and distribute parts to technicians.
Post parts to ensure profit expectations are met.
Estimate customer repair needs and update customers on repair status.

Requirements:
Must be outgoing and have dedication to excellent customer service.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage various workloads.
Valid driver's license.
Having obtained ASE certification or equivalent a plus but not necessary.
