In this role, you will be a valuable part of our operations team; working both on the food production in the kitchen and e-commerce fulfillment side of the business in the warehouse.
These tasks may include; kitting out raw materials, weighing raw materials per recipes, operating equipment to recipe/specifications, stack cased product onto staged pallet, pick and packing customer orders, work environment sanitation, and perform other duties as required and assigned.
You will need to be reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive.
Newer Facility Stocked Lunchroom for Employees (Snacks & Lunches) Operations Floater Duties and Responsibilities Work on the production line and warehouse floor with consistent speed and high accuracy Ensure that production and fulfillment requirements and standards are met consistently Produce a range of products that support our heart healthy food line Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care Work cooperatively as an operations team to meet KPIs and goals Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the facility Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management Follow all written and verbal instructions Attend all safety and production trainings Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Other duties as assigned Operations Floater Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working in food safety is strongly preferred but not required Restaurant or food production experience a plus Willingness to work 30-40 hours Monday through Friday between 8:
00am - 4:
00pm Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals in English Basic math, reading, and writing skills Basic computer skills Good communication skills Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching Able to lift 50 lbs.
