You will work closely with the club management team to achieve club goals and deliver exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in generating leads and converting prospects into club members.
Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing the club's amenities and features.
Engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and offer appropriate membership options.
Provide information on membership benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to encourage membership sign-ups.
Group Fitness Sessions:
Lead group fitness sessions for members of varying fitness levels.
Conduct engaging and dynamic workouts that motivate and challenge participants.
Provide modifications and instructions to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
Ensure a safe and inclusive environment during group fitness sessions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new exercises or techniques into the sessions.
Member Engagement and Retention:
Create a welcoming and positive club culture that encourages member participation and retention.
Build relationships with members by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns or questions.
Assist with member onboarding, including fitness assessments, goal-setting, and personalized fitness plans.
Conduct regular check-ins with members to track their progress and offer ongoing support.
Encourage participation in club activities, challenges, and promotions to enhance member engagement.
Club Operations Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, data entry, and membership paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and functional.
Collaborate with the club management team to implement strategies for sales growth and improved member experience.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about club policies, programs, and initiatives.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness instruction is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
