Responsibilities:
Drive to visit clients in their home for at least 2 hours at a time.
Build rapport with older adult clientele through weekly visits.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as getting up in the morning, going to bed at night, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
Maintaining documentation and reporting, and taking part in meetings and in training activities as directed.
Provide hands-on cares such as transfers and therapeutic exercises.
