We are looking for a Sr. Director of Financial Operations to join our Orchard Brands team. This role reports to the SVP of Finance and can be based in the Boston, Newark, Minneapolis, or Atlanta markets. Remote options will be considered for the right candidate. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages and drives all aspects of FP&A including Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis processes to support the needs of the company while maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy. Enforces rigorous financial planning, analysis, & reporting processes that enable teams to build and innovate quickly while operating efficiently. Delivers presentations and develops supporting materials to present to all levels on the team. Assesses the current practices and the state of business systems and processes needs of the Finance organization. Leverages a structured approach to solving business problems, identifying opportunities, assessing upside potential, and taking action. Supports organization priorities and provides strategic leadership, helping connect the dots and providing a forward focused lens for the business. Maps the interactions and implications with other systems e.g. Finance, Supply Chain etc. Delivers monthly and quarterly analysis's and reporting of key business & financial metrics to leadership. Collaborates with the SVP of Finance and other key internal partners to define and support long-term strategic initiatives. Works closely with the Data Team to develop key business insights and improve business performance. Works closely with Operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement in business performance. Partners with cross functional teams and develops strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company. Guides, mentors, and inspires a high performing Finance team on best practices and procedures. Maintains high standards and hold business partners accountable. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 10
years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area; MBA preferred. Demonstrated success in a Finance Leadership, Senior Accounting, or Financial Management role in a high-growth tech company. Expert-level financial modeling & reporting skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
